SkyDrive .Net API Client supports the followings:
- Creating root and sub folders
- Uploading and downloading files
- Renaming and deleting folders and files

Bug fixes:
- BROKEN API: SkyDocsService communication fixed by changing protocol to HTTPS and switching off HTTP compression
- WebResponses are disposed
