The WebFileInfo object supports and correctly populates this information from files that are present w/in Skydrive, but nothing in the Upload (or any other) process allows you to set the Description of a file programmatically. It would be great if this were supported as Skydrive becomes more prevalent in social media w/ the advent of Windows Phone
